Seasoned Crispy Potato Wedges


Ingredients:
4 medium to large russet potatoes
1 TBS bacon fat
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt

Instructions:
  • Wash russet potatoes and cut into 8 wedges. When cut place in a bowl to season.
  • Microwave 1 TBS of clarified bacon fat or bacon drippings for 10 seconds.
  • Add seasonings to bowl (smoked paprika, chili powder,salt and pepper) and stir. Add in liquid bacon fat and stir to combine again.
