Ingredients:

Provolone cheese (I used 9 slices, but you will need enough to cover the entire steak)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp basil
1 tsp rubbed sage
2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
